ATLANTA, GA — March 10, 2026 Aeroauto Global Inc., a Florida-based Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) ecosystem developer and aircraft sales platform, today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with Japanese eVTOL manufacturer SkyDrive Inc. for the planned acquisition and deployment of eight SKYDRIVE (SD-05) electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. The announcement was made at VERTICON 2026 in Atlanta, one of the aviation industry’s largest international gatherings.
The agreement establishes the framework for Aeroauto to introduce SkyDrive aircraft into Florida as part of a broader effort to develop the infrastructure, operational partnerships, and market adoption required for Advanced Air Mobility. Under the LOI, Aeroauto intends to deploy the aircraft sequentially beginning in 2028, with four aircraft scheduled for delivery in 2028 and the remaining four in 2029.

The aircraft are expected to support early commercial AAM operations in Florida in collaboration with SAI Flight Services, which will serve as the operational flight partner. By combining SkyDrive’s aircraft technology with Aeroauto’s sales platform and infrastructure development initiatives, the partners aim to establish a scalable foundation for electric vertical flight across Florida and the broader Southeastern United States.

Land Rotor has announced plans to mass-produce the AAM Sportster in an unprecedented $700 million dollar deal with Aeroauto, LLC of Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This marks one of the largest commitments to provide consumers with safe and affordable Advanced Air Mobility vehicles globally.

The AAM Sportster is a roadable aircraft that utilizes LiDAR (light distance and ranging) technology to keep it on the ground, much like a hovercraft, until the operator and flight conditions allow for safe and legal flying. When ready to fly, simply flip a switch and enter into Flight Mode. “It’s that simple,” Veilleux says.
The company plans to offer a variety of eco-friendly power options for the AAM Sportster ranging from batteries, hydrogen, and biodiesel. “We want to make sure that our technology is on point with environmental needs, as well in providing consumers with a useful product that serves a purpose.” Veilleux added.
MSRP for the Land Rotor AAM Sportster is targeted at $70,000 and the company intends to deliver 10,000 vehicles by the end of this decade. Upgraded packages will include horn, headlights, brake lights, and turn signals. As well, all-weather fully enclosed cabin, and pontoons for water landings.

Ace VTOL, the Australian eVTOL company aiming to revolutionise personal and commercial urban air mobility, today announced a historic $250M order for its flagship personal electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft from Palm Beach, FL based Aeroauto.

The aircraft, named the GT Slipstream, is a two-seater flying “muscle” car that will reach speeds of up to 270 mph and will fly up to 300 miles on a single charge. The GT features a patented propulsion system, powered by four next-generation Arc Reaction Engines, and is able to transition seamlessly from precision low speed flight to high speed A to B flight with the push of a button. The GT is designed to deliver the highest levels of safety, comfort and autonomy thanks to its sophisticated sensors, software, and systems.
